End User License Agreement

1. License

Session Bud is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one computer at a time. You may move the license to a different computer up to twice per rolling year via the built-in activation screen.

2. Activation

The software requires a license key and periodically verifies it against our activation server. If verification cannot complete, the software continues to work for a grace period before requiring reactivation.

3. What's included

The license includes the full feature set and software updates. Third-party VST plugins are not included; the software hosts plugins you have licensed separately from their vendors. ARIA features require your own OpenAI API key; OpenAI usage is billed to you directly by OpenAI under its own terms.

4. Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, rental, or sublicensing of the software or your license key.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing license protection.
• One license = one user's studio. Studios with multiple workstations need one license per machine in concurrent use.

5. Your content

Everything you record, import, or create with Session Bud is yours. We claim no rights over your audio, projects, or exports.

6. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Always keep backups of your projects.

7. Refunds & termination

Refunds are governed by the refund policy. On refund or material breach of this agreement, the license is revoked and the software must be uninstalled.
