Your audio stays on your computer. We run no analytics inside the app, no account system, and no cloud storage of your projects. The only things that ever leave your machine are license checks (to us) and ARIA requests (to OpenAI, under your own key).
When you activate or renew, the app sends our licensing server your license key and an anonymous machine identifier (a hardware fingerprint hash — not your files, name, or contents). We store this to enforce the one-machine license and to support key transfers and refunds.
ARIA's understanding and answers are powered by OpenAI models using your own API key. When you talk or type to ARIA, your message (and, for voice, audio of your command) is sent to OpenAI for processing under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. Your multitrack audio and project files are never uploaded — only the commands and the session metadata ARIA needs to act (track names, levels, plugin names).
Payments are processed by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details. We receive your email address in order to deliver your license key and provide support.
We use your email for delivery, support, and important product notices. No marketing lists without explicit opt-in. Unsubscribe by replying "stop".
